Report: Sherman boycotting media 'that ticked him off'
Richard Sherman's relationship with the media has hit another snag.
The vocal Seattle Seahawks cornerback began his boycott last week by canceling his weekly podium session, calling them "a privilege" for the local media.
On Wednesday, Sherman took his movement to the next step, declining to do interviews with anyone but ESPN's Ed Werder, according to PFT's Curtis Crabtree.
Richard Sherman declined interview requests. Said he's not taking to anyone that ticked him off, only talking to Ed Werder & on social media

Sherman, who writes a weekly post for the Players' Tribune, will also use his social media accounts to communicate with the public, but has begun blocking members of the media from viewing his tweets.
Geoff Mosher, a media member in Philadelphia, found himself on the blocked list.
Wow, Richard Sherman is taking this media boycott to the extreme. What did I do? pic.twitter.com/rvSV1MpH5P

Sherman has not made it clear what exactly the media did to earn his dismissal, nor what Werder has done to earn his trust other than telling Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times that he and Werder "have a good rapport."
Later Wednesday, Sherman denied that he was boycotting reporters, claiming Liz Mathews of ESPN 710 was the only one who asked him any questions.
Hahaha I'm boycotting? I sat at my locker and Liz was the only person to ask anything. I understand that I can write my own story

If I have something to say then I will write it myself. But as Denzel said for them "it's about being 1st not necessarily being right"

Last season, Sherman won the Pro Football Writers of America's Good Guy Award.
