Look: Patriots, Falcons jerseys featuring Super Bowl patch

The two participants in this year's Super Bowl shared a first look Friday of the jerseys they'll wear at their Feb. 5 meeting.
As the designated home team, the Atlanta Falcons had first choice of jersey color and elected to wear their home red uniform.

The Falcons wore black in their only other appearance in a Super Bowl, a 34-19 loss to the Denver Broncos.
The New England Patriots will wear their road white jerseys. They are 2-1 when wearing white in the title game. The victories came against the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XLIX and Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl XXXIX. The loss came against the Green Bay Packers in Super Bowl XXXI.
