Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce was handed nearly $20,000 in fines for insulting a referee after last week's playoff loss and for shoving a defender to the ground unnecessarily.
He appeared on ESPN's pregame set on Sunday and attempted to write a check for his transgressions.
That's when Randy Moss chimed in:
