Green Bay Packers assistant head coach Tom Clements is moving on from the team to focus on other interests, head coach Mike McCarthy announced Thursday.

Clements has been with the team for 11 seasons, joining as a quarterbacks coach in 2006. His contract is expiring.

Clements served as offensive coordinator from 2012-14, then changed titles to associate head coach/offense.

Clements was tasked with calling the Packers' plays in 2015, but McCarthy took back control in December of that season after the offense struggled.
