Atlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman issued a simple challenge to the New England Patriots: just try to stop us.

Freeman earned Pro Bowl honors for the second consecutive year in 2016, while his Falcons led the NFL with 33.8 points per game.

Ahead of Super Bowl LI, Freeman was brimming with confidence as Atlanta looks to continue its all-out attack next Sunday.

"We can do whatever we want," Freeman said to Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio on Thursday. "Pick your poison. ... We've had the game plan. The game plan doesn't change."

Although the Falcons are largely inexperienced in the playoffs when contrasted with the Patriots' run of success, Freeman believes it won't serve as a detriment come Sunday.

"We're grown men,” he said. "We're going down there for one reason and one reason only. And that's to handle business."
