Report: Buccaneers to make strong push for DeSean Jackson
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are loading up to make a strong push for free-agent wideout DeSean Jackson, reports NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
The two-day window in which teams can negotiate with free agents opened at 12 p.m. ET.
Jackson owns all the attributes the Buccaneers need in a receiver to pair with All-Pro receiver Mike Evans. Jackson has been a big-play threat his entire career and recorded another 1,000-yard season with the Washington Redskins in 2016.

He's expected to command a lot of interest in free agency that could drive his price up.
The Buccaneers own roughly $66 million in cap space, but also have substantial needs elsewhere that they need to address in free agency.
Bucs franchise quarterback Jameis Winston has already publicly stated he hopes the team signs Jackson, saying, "You better believe we want DeSean."
Jackson has previously declared interest in rejoining both the Redskins and his former team, the Philadelphia Eagles.
