The Cleveland Browns have added free-agent center JC Tretter on a three-year, $16.75-million deal, according to Albert Breer of The MMQB.
The Browns are in need of a roster overhaul and appear to be focusing on their offensive line to begin free agency. They also reportedly re-signed Joel Bitonio and landed coveted free agent Kevin Zeitler on Thursday.
Tretter was one of the few notable centers available on the open market.
He should slide in as the starter at that spot, potentially bumping former first-round pick Cameron Erving out to right tackle.
