The Buffalo Bills will release safety Aaron Williams, a source told ESPN's Josina Anderson.
Frightening neck injuries have limited Williams to 10 games played over the past two seasons.
The Bills have the option to designate him as a post-June 1 cut, which would save the team $4.2 million against the salary cap this year and leave a dead money charge of $2.425 million in 2018.
