Eagles give Agholor's jersey number to Jeffery
"I'll take that, thank you."
That's likely what Alshon Jeffery said to Nelson Agholor when he first walked into the Philadelphia Eagles' facility and saw Agholor sporting No. 17.
The Eagles announced Monday that their prized free-agent signing, Jeffery, will wear No. 17 next season. The star receiver wore the number during his five-year stay with the Chicago Bears.

As for Agholor, he'll now wear No. 13. It's a curious number choice as the former first-round draft pick was plagued by drops in his second season.

Fellow free-agent signee Torrey Smith has settled upon No. 82, a number once worn by L.J. Smith. So those who wasted cash to support the forgettable tight end might feel as though they found money.
