The 22nd overall pick in last year's draft, Doctson was limited to just 31 snaps across two games in 2016.
The Redskins will need their sophomore to play a big role on offense after the departures of Pierre Garcon and DeSean Jackson in free agency.
The Redskins did sign Terrelle Pryor this offseason, and are hoping he and Doctson can provide Kirk Cousins with a young and very dynamic outside receiving corps.
