Falcons' McKinley blasts Clay Travis for mocking photo of grandmother
Takkarist McKinley stole the show during the opening night of the NFL Draft, breaking into an impassioned speech after being selected by the Atlanta Falcons.
McKinley brought a portrait of his deceased grandmother on stage and spoke about how he fulfilled a promise to her, after thriving at UCLA and being inducted into the NFL.
FS1's Clay Travis evidently didn't find McKinley's moment in the spotlight heartwarming and made numerous jokes at his expense throughout the weekend.
Dropping the GD with a portrait of his dead Grandma in his arms. That’s next level. https://t.co/Rjw33A7QP0

Is the picture of the grandma a carry on? Did he check it? Go through the metal detector with it? I have so many questions here.

Also, where was that picture taken? What grown person gets a solo picture taken of themselves?

McKinley wasn't amused by Travis' comments and offered his retort.
Hope this shows you the devil is alive and well.. to straight disrespect someone dead grandmother and think it's funny is crazy to me. pic.twitter.com/KyD29ILQHi

Travis remained unfazed, however.
I love grandmas more than you. Sincerely, the devil. https://t.co/PK9iNrJdS0

It’s early, but these angry Grandma tweets may give the band geeks a run. Fingers crossed.
