Report: Goodell still upset Patriots DC wore shirt mocking him after SB
New England Patriots defensive coordinator Matt Patricia made headlines when he was captured on video wearing a T-shirt depicting NFL commissioner Roger Goodell as a clown after the Patriots' win in Super Bowl LI.

The Patriots' combative history with Goodell has been well documented, of course.
Though some might view Patricia's choice of attire as a playful jab, Goodell apparently feels differently.
The commissioner remains upset about the shirt today, a league source told Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio. That could lead to some awkward moments when Goodell attends the Patriots' season opener.
Florio also speculates that it could lead teams to shy away from hiring Patricia as head coach, out of fear of what could happen from employing someone on Goodell's bad side.
Then again, Patricia hasn't shown much inclination to pursue head coaching jobs away from the Patriots, so perhaps he can continue wearing whatever he wants without care for who it might upset.
