J.J. Watt is stepping up to help those affected by Hurricane Harvey, which has brought catastrophic flooding to the Houston area.
The Texans defensive end tweeted a video Sunday announcing the launch of a fundraiser to assist with the recovery efforts, and called upon fans to donate if they're able to. Watt himself contributed $100,000 to the cause.
Watt later said his initial fundraising goal of $200,000 was met in under two hours, and set a new target of $500,000.
