Cleveland Browns quarterback DeShone Kizer left the team's Week 2 contest against the Baltimore Ravens due to a migraine.
Kevin Hogan replaced Kizer and immediately led the Browns down the field and into the end zone with a 23-yard pass to rookie David Njoku.
Kizer exited the game after going 6-for-11 for 81 yards and an interception. Hogan went 2-for-3 for 72 yards and the touchdown on his first drive.
Hogan played in four games last year for the Browns. He entered Sunday as the second quarterback with Cody Kessler inactive.
The Browns starter was eventually cleared to return to the contest, but has yet to re-enter the game.
