Atlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman was sure to celebrate appropriately after scoring the first touchdown in the history of the brand new Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
After a goal-line rushing touchdown, Freeman stepped up and drained a mock jump shot through the hoop arms of teammate Andy Levitre. The celebration is the most notable thus far to take advantage of the recently changed rule allowing group celebrations.
As NBC went to a commercial break, the broadcast crew appropriately followed up Freeman's celebration with the classic NBA on NBC theme song, 'Roundball Rock' by John Tesh.
