Alejandro Villanueva was the lone Pittsburgh Steelers player to stand for the national anthem Sunday.
Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin announced before the game the team would remain in the locker room during the anthem, but Villanueva came outside the tunnel to stand. Tomlin stood alone on the sidelines.
Villanueva was in the Army and served in Afghanistan before joining the Steelers.
