J.J. Watt was helped off the field after sustaining a knee injury in the first quarter of Sunday's clash against the Kansas City Chiefs. Watt was immediately checked for potential ACL and MCL injuries before he was moved to the locker room.
Watt then emerged minutes later on crutches as he gingerly hobbled into an ambulance in the team tunnel.
