NFL protesters took serious action Sunday, flying banners over EverBank Field in Jacksonville ahead of the Jaguars' Week 6 game against the Los Angeles Rams.

Jaguars owner Shahid Khan has been one of the most active owners in the league in what's turned into an ongoing clash between NFL players and President Trump.

A pair of banners flown over the stadium in advance of Sunday's game strongly countered Khan's recent statements and the peaceful protests by Jaguars players and those around the league.

The banners call for boycotts of NFL games, particularly those involving the Jaguars, and condemn NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, who hasn't taken a firm stance against player protests.
