Report: Dolphins open to trading Landry for right price

Tommy Gilligan / USA TODAY Sports

The Miami Dolphins could be cleaning house on offense.

Miami's top wide receiver, Jarvis Landry, is available for trade "for the right compensation" following the blockbuster decision to send Jay Ajayi to the Philadelphia Eagles, Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports.

However, a source told Josina Anderson of ESPN that the Dolphins informed Landry on Tuesday morning that they won't be trading him.

Landry caught 288 passes in his first three seasons and is on pace to eclipse 100 receptions this campaign.

However, the 24-year-old is an unrestricted free agent this offseason and the Dolphins haven't appeared too interested in handing him the type of extension his numbers likely warrant.
