Denver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders is expected to play Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles after missing the past two games due to an ankle injury, a source told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Sanders' return will coincide with Brock Osweiler's first start since returning to the Broncos. The quarterback is taking over for Trevor Siemian after several weeks of offensive struggles.
Osweiler and Sanders showed significant chemistry late in the 2015 season. The wide receiver had games of 113, 181, and 99 receiving yards with Osweiler under center.
