Aaron Rodgers practiced Saturday for the first time since breaking his collarbone Oct. 15, a source told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
The Green Bay Packers' star quarterback has also been designated as one of the team's two players who can return from injured reserve this season, Rapoport added.
Rodgers is first eligible to play in Week 15 against the Carolina Panthers.
Last weekend, the 34-year-old was seen throwing bombs just six weeks after undergoing surgery on his collarbone, renewing hope that he'll be ready for a late-season return.
The 5-6 Packers likely need to win their next two games for Rodgers to have a chance at sparking a playoff run, beginning Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
