Arizona Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer has missed his team's last four games due to a broken arm but he believes he could be back for the end of the season.

Palmer was placed on injured reserve on Oct. 26 after suffering the injury during a loss to the Los Angeles Rams, and is eligible to return in Week 16 against the New York Giants. The veteran quarterback can begin practicing Thursday.

"I feel pretty good," Palmer said via ESPN's Josh Weinfuss. "We've got another three weeks before I think I can practice, but I feel great. I'm in the middle of all the rehab stuff and I feel like I'm getting my strength back, but I feel great."

Palmer said he's prepared for any outcome and won't be deterred even if the Cardinals fall out of the playoff picture.

"I'm going to be prepared,” Palmer said. "I'm not sure how everything's going to shake out. I'm just doing what I can to get ready and be ready when I can."
