The winless Cleveland Browns are going all in on Josh Gordon's return.

Browns head coach Hue Jackson has a package of plays set up for the recently reinstated receiver, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports, citing a text from a source. Jackson has even gone so far as to limit the designed plays of other receivers on the team.

Gordon will start Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers in his first regular-season game since Dec. 21, 2014. He was banned for the entire 2015 season for violating the league's substance abuse policy.

It appears the Browns will be relying heavily on a player who hasn't suited up for a game in almost two calendar years. In the team's defense, running back Duke Johnson is their leader in receptions (50) and receiving yards (446). Next on the list is second-year pro Ricardo Louis, who has hauled in 26 passes for 322 yards and no touchdowns.

Cleveland's passing offense ranks 25th in the league going into Week 13.
