49ers' Goodwin carted off field after taking blow to head

San Francisco 49ers receiver Marquise Goodwin has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game after taking a blow to the head.

Goodwin reached for a reception and was almost immediately hit in the helmet by Los Angeles Rams safety Blake Countess.

The 27-year-old remained on the turf for several moments before he was carted from the field. He did, however, give a thumbs-up to the crowd as he was taken to the locker room.
