Rosen is projected to be one of the top picks in this year's draft, possibly going first overall.
The junior quarterback has been unusually outspoken about wanting to go to the "right team" at the pro level instead of being taken as high as possible. He was reportedly hesitant about declaring for the draft in fear of being selected by the Cleveland Browns.
The 6-foot-4 20-year-old broke onto the scene in 2015, winning Pac-12 Freshman Offensive Player of the Year and being named as a Freshman All-American. He finished his collegiate career throwing for 9,341 yards with 59 touchdowns and 26 interceptions over 30 games.
