A Texas grand jury has decided that Denver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders will not be prosecuted after being accused of sexual assault in Harris County, Texas, according to TMZ Sports, citing court documents.
The grand jury concluded on Jan. 9 that it "failed to find a bill of indictment," and would therefore not be moving forward with the case that was classified as a felony 2.
It remains unclear when the alleged sexual assault took place.
