One confident New England Patriots fan decided to jump the gun and get a Super Bowl LII championship tattoo.
Eddie Ferrini, a student at Northeastern, visited a New Hampshire tattoo shop a week before the game to have "LII" inked below his five other championship tattoos. The artist initially tried to persuade him not to get the tattoo, but went through with it anyway.
"I'm pretty confident they're going to win," Ferrini told Ken MacLeod of CBS Boston. "I mean my friends have always thought I was nuts."
And if they lose?
"If they do lose, they're going to win next year," he said. "Add another 'I' on the end."
