Tampa police are no longer investigating an incident involving a car registered to Buccaneers wide receiver DeSean Jackson that was reportedly found abandoned at a mall with 6.3 grams of marijuana and two .38 caliber bullets inside in late December, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Jackson said a friend borrowed his car while he was out of town. The driver fled the scene after the single-vehicle accident.
The veteran wideout had 668 yards and three touchdowns on 50 catches in his first season with Tampa Bay.
