Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly announced Thursday that the oral cancer he was first diagnosed with almost five years ago has returned, and the football world was quick to express its support.
The Buffalo Bills, the team Kelly formed his legendary career with, were among the first to comment on the announcement.

Shortly after Kelly released his statement, his wife Jill posted an image to Instagram thanking everyone for their kind words.
The well-wishes did not end there, however, as support continued to flow in from all over the football world.
