It doesn't seem to have taken Vinny Curry long to find a new home, as the former Eagles defensive end signed a three-year, $27-million deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Saturday, a source told Jenna Laine of ESPN.
The deal includes an $11.5-million injury guarantee, according to Laine.
The 29-year-old was released by the Eagles on Friday after the two sides failed to agree on a pay cut. Curry would've seen $5 million of his $9-million base salary become guaranteed had he not been released, according to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network.
The veteran recorded 42 combined tackles and three sacks along with one forced fumble last season for the Super Bowl champion Eagles.
