When the first day of April rolls around, some NFL players and teams inevitably try to get fans' hearts racing with fake news.

Though this April Fools' Day fell on Easter Sunday and during Passover, things weren't any different.

Star Denver Broncos pass rusher Von Miller "announced" he was the newest member of the Cleveland Browns.

Broncos receiver Emmanuel Sanders, meanwhile, said he was leaving Denver to join the Washington Redskins.

The Jacksonville Jaguars pretended to accidentally release a version of their new uniforms.

But fans caught on to their ruse rather easily.

The Tennessee Titans didn't exactly join the trend started by their AFC South rivals, but their friends across town on the Nashville Predators' social team had some fun at their expense.
