Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant stated Thursday he isn't upset by a recent flurry of criticism, albeit simultaneously declaring the media is out to destroy him.

Bryant's contract status has been the subject of debate throughout the offseason and the Cowboys reportedly will ask him to take a pay cut for the upcoming season when both parties meet Friday.

The three-time Pro Bowler has clearly taken issue with the media's coverage of his reported contract negotiations.

Bryant would later try to reject the notion he was upset by criticism from the media, doubling down on his earlier comments.

It'll be compelling to see how Bryant's contract situation unfolds with two years left on his remaining deal. He currently carries a $16.5 million cap hit into the 2018 season.
