With San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster facing felony domestic violence charges, general manager John Lynch reiterated that the club is potentially willing to move on.
If it proves true that Foster hit his girlfriend, "he won't be a part of this organization going forward," Lynch said Monday, according to Jim Trotter of NFL Network.
Foster faces additional felony charges of forcefully attempting to prevent a victim from reporting a crime and possession of an assault weapon.
Lynch said the 49ers need more information, but added that no one is bigger than the team.
Foster is currently away from the team and won't attend OTAs while the legal process unfolds.
