Denver Broncos cornerback Chris Harris has seen enough from Case Keenum to believe his team shouldn't target a quarterback with the fifth overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.

"We want to win now," Harris said Tuesday, according to The Denver Post's Kyle Frederickson. "We don't have time to wait."

Denver signed Keenum as a free agent from the Minnesota Vikings to serve as a short-term solution to its quarterback problem, but there are still question marks at the position in the long term.

"Everybody I've talked to, the receivers, they're excited about him," Harris added of Keenum, according to Nicki Jhabvala of The Athletic. "They said he throws an easy ball to catch. That's what you want to hear. They haven't said that too many times since Peyton (Manning) was here about having an easily catchable ball."

The Broncos should have plenty of options at No. 5, though any quarterback selected in that spot will require time to develop.

Harris, who turns 29 in June, helped the Broncos capture Super Bowl 50 in February 2016. He made three straight Pro Bowls from 2014-16.
