New York Jets receiver Robby Anderson's arrest warrant, issued due to a missed court date, has been lifted after it was revealed a clerical error meant he wasn't informed he had to attend that date, his attorney, Ed O'Donnell, told NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.
O'Donnell confirmed all felony charges against his client - included harming a public servant and aggravated fleeing police - have been dropped, and expects the remaining charge of reckless driving to be resolved on his next court date on July 19.
Anderson will return to court in August in a separate trial after being arrested at a music festival in Miami last May.
The 24-year-old had a breakout season with the Jets in 2017, catching 63 passes for 941 yards and seven scores.
