Bills hire Dan Morgan as director of player personnel

The Buffalo Bills hired Dan Morgan as their director of player personnel on Friday.

Morgan starred for the Carolina Panthers during his playing career, earning Pro Bowl and All-Pro honors in the 2004 season. He later served as the director of pro personnel for the Seattle Seahawks.

The role with the Bills was previously held by Brian Gaine, who left the organization to become the general manager of the Houston Texans.
