Cardinals TE Seals-Jones arrested after shoving hotel employee
Arizona Cardinals tight end Ricky Seals-Jones was arrested and charged with assault, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespassing in Scottsdale, Ariz. over the weekend, according to KATR News.
A report issued by the Scottsdale Police Department states that Seals-Jones attempted to use a restroom inside the W Hotel in Scottsdale Saturday. After hotel employees told him the facilities were only to be used by guests, the tight end went to a restaurant inside the hotel, but was again denied entry.
An employee told police that Seals-Jones became combative and "one hand shoved him in the shoulder area." The 23-year-old appeared to be intoxicated at the time of the incident, according to the report.
The Cardinals signed Seals-Jones as an undrafted free agent in 2017. He caught 12 passes for 201 yards and three touchdowns in his first season with the team.
