Former Cleveland Browns left tackle Joe Thomas came up with a creative solution to his Twitter pledge to buy fans a game-worn and signed NBA jersey.
Thomas made the promise in May while attempting to one-up his ex-teammate Damarious Randall, who also vowed to buy jerseys for anyone who retweeted him if the Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals.
The Warriors won, but instead of receiving a game-worn jersey, fans were sent a hilarious shirt that reads "I was promised a game worn, signed LeBron James jersey, and all I got was this crappy shirt from Joe Thomas."
