Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Kyle Williams was spotted with a cast on his right leg after leaving Friday's preseason game against the Cleveland Browns with an apparent knee injury.
Williams didn't speak to reporters postgame.
Williams, a five-time Pro Bowler, is widely considered the leader of the Bills' defense. His absence would be a crushing loss for the team as they look to make it back to the postseason for the second consecutive year.
The 35-year-old recorded 41 tackles, three sacks, and two pass deflections in 16 games during the 2017 season. He's spent the first 12 seasons of his career with the Bills.
