Ryan Fitzpatrick had a stellar performance Sunday, throwing for 417 yards and four touchdowns, adding a rushing score, in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' 48-40 win over the New Orleans Saints.
That turned out to be great news for his son Brady.
"So my nine-year-old son, Tate, convinced my 11-year-old son, Brady, to put me on his fantasy team today," Fitzpatrick told NBC Sports' Peter King after the game. "I didn't even know Brady played fantasy football. I guess it was a good decision."
Fitzpatrick is owned in just three percent of Yahoo fantasy football leagues but led all quarterbacks in points Sunday.
