Jacksonville Jaguars star running back Leonard Fournette won't play in Sunday's AFC Championship Game rematch against the New England Patriots due to a hamstring injury that forced him from the season opener, the team announced.
With Fournette out, T.J. Yeldon and Corey Grant will carry Jaguars' backfield workload. Yeldon had 14 carries for 51 yards in the Week 1 win over the New York Giants, while Grant had just one touch for 3 years.
Blake Bortles helped keep Jacksonville's ground game churning, contributing 42 yards on four runs.
Fournette was expected to be a game-time decision after missing all three practices this week.
