Green Bay Packers defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson was carted to the locker room during Sunday's matchup against the Washington Redskins after suffering an ankle injury.
The Packers quickly announced Wilkerson won't return to the game. The veteran pass-rusher was taken to the hospital, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Wilkerson suffered the injury after an accidental collision with teammate Kentrell Brice, who fell onto his leg after missing a tackle.
