The former Dallas Cowboy visited with the Cleveland Browns in August but didn't sign a contract, remaining arguably the most high-profile free agent left on the market.
He had previously indicated that he'd be joining a team later in the season.
The Cowboys released Bryant in April after posting 69 receptions, 838 yards, and six touchdowns last season.
