Eagles' Jeffery to make season debut vs. Titans

Eric Hartline / USA TODAY Sports

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Alshon Jeffery will make his season debut Sunday versus the Tennessee Titans.

Jeffery missed two practices this week because of an illness. He was sidelined throughout the offseason and the early portion of the regular season while healing from surgery on his rotator cuff.

The return of Jeffery comes a week after the Eagles got quarterback Carson Wentz back from a torn ACL. Jeffery posted 789 yards and nine touchdowns a year ago.

Philadelphia boasts a 2-1 record entering Week 4 against the Titans.
