The New England Patriots are offering "high draft choices" for a premium wide receiver, Jay Glazer of FOX Sports reports.
One potential target is Denver Broncos veteran Demaryius Thomas, who was drafted by Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels in Denver, sources told Michael Giardi of NFL Network.
New England ranks fourth in scoring offense, averaging 30.6 points per game but is reportedly looking for someone to bolster a group that features Josh Gordon and Julian Edelman.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver DeSean Jackson reportedly asked for a trade, while the Oakland Raiders recently traded Amari Cooper to the Dallas Cowboys in exchange for a first-round pick.
