Indianapolis Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri passed Hall of Famer Morten Andersen on Sunday to become the NFL's all-time scoring leader with 2,547 points.
Vinatieri moved into first place on a 25-yard field goal in the second quarter of the Colts' game against the Oakland Raiders, eclipsing Andersen's mark of 2,544 career points.
The 45-year-old broke the record despite playing through a groin injury.
Earlier this season, Vinatieri also passed Andersen on the NFL's all-time career field goals made list.
