Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Carl Lawson will miss the rest of the season after tearing his ACL in Sunday's game with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The second-year pass-rusher had 8.5 sacks in his rookie season, and while he has struggled to put up similar numbers this season, he's a key cog in the Bengals' defense.
Sam Hubbard is likely to take on an expanded role in Lawson's absence behind veterans Carlos Dunlap and Michael Johnson.
