New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is expected to play in Monday's game against the Buffalo Bills despite battling through back and ankle injuries, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

The five-time Pro Bowler was listed as questionable on the team's injury report.

Gronkowski has recorded 26 receptions for 405 yards and a touchdown this season.

The Patriots are on a four-game winning streak and could extend their lead in the AFC East with a victory over the Bills on Monday.
