The Los Angeles Rams acquired pass-rusher Dante Fowler Jr. from the Jacksonville Jaguars in exchange for a third-round pick in 2019 and a fifth-round selection in 2020, the team announced.
Fowler was the Jaguars' third overall selection in the 2015 NFL Draft. He's recorded 14 sacks, four fumble recoveries, and one touchdown in 39 career games after missing his rookie season due to a torn ACL.
He'll join a Rams defense fronted by defensive linemen Aaron Donald and Ndamukong Suh, though the team's pass rush is struggling and tied for 17th in the league with 17 sacks.
