Minnesota Vikings receiver Stefon Diggs is not expected to play in Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions due to a rib injury, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Diggs was listed as questionable throughout the week.
Without Diggs in the lineup, the Vikings would need to lean even more on Adam Thielen, who tied an NFL record last week by recording an eighth consecutive 100-yard receiving game to start the season.
The Minnesota offense might benefit from the return of running back Dalvin Cook on Sunday, though he's expected to be on a snap count.
